Step 1 - Intensive Plex Treatment (As a Pre-shampoo): Apply to dry hair, from mid-lengths to ends, using the praying hands technique. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse before proceeding with shampoo.

Step 2 - Mint and Chili Shampoo: Wet hair thoroughly with plenty of (non-hot) water, place the shampoo in your palms, and then gently massage your scalp with your fingertips until it lathers; leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water. Repeat if necessary.

Step 3 - Botanical S.O.S. Bomb Mask: After washing and draining your hair, apply an adequate amount of mask from the mid-lengths to the ends, gently gliding your fingers through to detangle. Leave it on for 10 to 30 minutes and then rinse with plenty of (non-hot) water.

Step 4 – Intensive Plex Treatment (As a Conditioner): After washing your hair, remove excess water and apply using the praying hands technique. Leave on for 5 minutes and then rinse with plenty of water.
