Step 2 - Rosemary Shampoo: Wet hair with plenty of water (not hot), place the shampoo in your palms, and then gently massage your scalp with your fingertips until it lathers; leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water. Repeat if necessary.

Step 3 – Intensive Plex Treatment (As a Conditioner): After washing your hair, remove excess water and apply using the prayer hands technique. Leave on for 5 minutes and then rinse with plenty of water.
